Currently Band 2, the volume that contains information about Grimm, is no longer available, but if enough people want it, the book may be reprinted. Volumes 1, 3 and 4 can also be purchased here. This site has one of the most complete collections of information available about Volga Germans. Created by Dr. Brent A. Mai, who coordinated the translation of the Volga German census records from 1775 to 1857. Information includes early German immigrant details, settlement locations for families who left Russia and corresponding maps.
This Internet site is filled with an extensive amount of information about Volga Germans, including those who settled in Grimm. The information on this site was developed by the Center for Volga German Studies at Concordia University.
